A high-powered data center being built by Indianapolis-based Lightbound is viewed as an asset for Indiana in keeping and attracting growing information technology companies. Lightbound, the former IQuest Internet, is building the state-of-the-art center on the west side of Indianapolis. The building’s major tenant will be ExactTarget Inc., a fast-growing IT company that says without the capabilities of the new center it would have been forced to invest outside the state.
