Cine-tal Taps European Market
United Kingdom-based InnoMedia Systems Ltd. will now serve as an Authorized Service Center in Western Europe and Turkey for Indianapolis-based Cine-tal Systems. The European company will provide around-the-clock customer support and training for Cine-tal products used in digital cinema and video production. InnoMedia distributes high definition tests, imaging and interface tools used in the broadcast market.

INDIANAPOLIS—Cine-tal Systems (www.cine-tal.com) has added UK-based InnoMedia Systems Ltd. as an Authorized Service Center serving Western Europe and Turkey. As such, InnoMedia will provide 24/7 support and training for Cine-tal products used in digital cinema and video production.
InnoMedia Systems is a leading distributor of high definition test, imaging and interface tools used in the broadcast market. The company has developed a large network of resellers throughout Europe, including in France, Italy, Spain and Greece.
“Europe is a very important market and we have a large and growing customer base in the U.K. and throughout the continent,” said Cine-tal Systems Director of Customer Care Bob Caldwell. “We want to ensure that those customers have direct access to qualified, trained support technicians who can quickly address any issues that may arise and ensure they derive maximum value from our products.”
Cine-tal Systems Authorized Service Centers provide both pre-sale and post-sale customer support. Services range from product demonstrations and customer training to systems repair and technical support. Round-the-clock emergency support is also available. To qualify as Authorized Service Center technicians, staff from InnoMedia underwent rigorous training from Cine-tal representatives, encompassing the company’s entire product line of LCD display systems, display processors and color management technology.
Other Cine-tal Systems Authorized Service Centers include Imagica Digix in Tokyo, Japan, Janusz Rupik PVP Sp.z.o.o. in Warsaw, Poland and Cine-tal’s headquarters in Indianapolis, Indiana. Additional Authorized Service Centers are planned.
