The company moved into its new space in the first week of September.
“We are really pleased with how the building came out”, stated Pete Adams, President of Adams and Marshall. “We spent a great deal of time designing a building that would make an architectural statement consistent with the quality of the homes we build. In the eleven years since we started the company, we’ve seen tremendous growth and having a corporate center of this quality is an important step on our path of continued success”, he added.
Adams and Marshall specializes in creating homes and communities that provide a leisure lifestyle for their residents. In its communities, the traditional time-consuming burdens of lawn care and snow removal are provided for through professional service providers; allowing homeowners a great deal more freedom in their personal lives. It is a lifestyle that has grown in popularity with the aging of baby boomers and their desire to live life on their own terms, no longer bound to the demands of maintaining an older home.
Adams and Marshall Homes is presently creating homes in nine neighborhood communities on all sides of Indianapolis and in Kokomo. Several additional neighborhoods will be available in the near future; most immediately in the Noblesville and Fishers areas.
