Emmis Intends to Sell Publications
Indianapolis-based Emmis Communications Corp. (Nasdaq: EMMS) is planning to sell two magazines for $9 million. In a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filing, the company says it expects to complete the deal by the end of next month.
