South Bend, Ind. -- WorkOne Northern Indiana is hosting a hiring event on Tuesday, August 14. The hiring event will feature two employers located in Ligonier and will be held at the Syracuse Community Center, 1013 North Long Street in Syracuse from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Participating employers are seeking 10 welders, 20 machine operators, five maintenance technicians and 30 production operators. All candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and appropriate work experience to be considered. Accepted candidates can expect competitive wages and excellent benefits.
