Former Indy Chamber CEO to Lead ViewYou
Former Greater Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce Chief Executive Officer Roland Dorson has been named president of video resume platform company ViewYou. Dorson says he "believes strongly" in the company's product and chance for success. ViewYou co-founders Mark Bernstein and Jason Randolph discussed the concept on a recent edition of Inside INdiana Business Television.

Indianapolis, Ind. -- ViewYou Co-founder Jason Randolph today announced Roland Dorson, former CEO of the Greater Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce, will be joining ViewYou as President effective August 13.
“Roland is an exceptionally talented leader with personal and professional experience that will accelerate the mission of ViewYou,” said Jason Randolph, co-founder of ViewYou. “We are exceedingly fortunate to have Roland Dorson joining the ViewYou team.”
Dorson worked at the Greater Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce for
nearly 20 years, first serving as Executive Vice President and then
becoming President and CEO in 2006. Prior to joining the Chamber,
Dorson served as vice president for the Indiana Retail Council. He holds
a degree from Indiana University.
“This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for me,” Dorson said. “I am
thrilled to be joining an organization as cutting-edge as ViewYou. I believe strongly in both our product and our chances for future success.”
ViewYou is a unique platform that connects candidates and employers
through the use of short, online video introductions. Candidates can also create and customize profiles that includes their video, resume, references, and other pertinent employment documentation. Candidate profiles are confidential and access is granted only by the candidate through a secure channel.
