The City of Noblesville is expanding its emphasis on economic growth. Courtney Zaugg has been hired to focus on city-wide development and Alaina Shonkwiler has been appointed to strengthen downtown initiatives.

NOBLESVILLE, Ind. - The City of Noblesville is pleased to announce that Courtney Zaugg and Alaina Shonkwiler have been hired as Economic Development Specialists. Zaugg will be focusing on business development throughout the entire city and Shonkwiler will be focusing primarily on the downtown area.
Zaugg has extensive regional, national, and international economic development experience. She comes to the city from Conexus Indiana where she was Director, Industry Research – Automotive and Aerospace/Defense Initiatives. She has also worked for Develop Indy as well as the Indiana Economic Development Corporation.
A Noblesville native, Shonkwiler comes to the city from the Noblesville Chamber of Commerce. Her previous experience includes working for Ryan Homes in Indianapolis and the Office of Program and Budget Performance in Washington D.C.
Zaugg’s and Shonkwiler’s first day with the City of Noblesville was Monday, June 11.
