A shuttered packing facility in Cambridge City could get a new tenant. Our partners at Kicks 96 are reporting Ohio-based Sugar Creek Packing Co. is offering $13 million to move into the Gateway Industrial Park building that once housed the now-bankrupt Really Cool Foods Co. LLC.

Sugar Creek Packing is a manufacturer best known for bacon products.

Really Cool Foods opened in Wayne County in 2008 with plans for $24 million in investment and 1,000 jobs.

The company never delivered on the initiative and closed last year, putting around 130 employees out of work.
