Weiss Communications, Inc. announced today that it has sold the rights to publish Indianapolis Woman in an asset sale to a private investor group.
We have a great magazine with an incredibly positive and inspirational message. Our mission has been to motivate, educate and inspire the women of Central Indiana. We have been able to accomplish a great deal of good with sincere effort and dedication to that mission.
We have worked hard in an adapting ad industry being shaped by the digital revolution. While many great changes have been made with many more in the works, it was necessary to turn the reins over to another group more capable of capturing the growth opportunities.
Indianapolis Woman magazine and its mission to motivate, educate and inspire women is an integral piece of our city. It effects the lives of thousands of women and men each month. Every effort is being made to sell the magazine to a company that can continue what we began.
