The head of a business capital firm says there is evidence that some businesses throughout the state are talking about expansion. Cambridge Capital Management President Jean Wojtowicz says companies are not going to be quick to add people back after making it through the recession, which reflects the results of our recent Business Confidence Index. Wojtowicz and Ball State Economist Mike Hicks discussed the results with Gerry Dick on Inside INdiana Business Television.
Wojtowicz says many companies "did everything they could to squeeze expense" in order to survive the recession. She believes they will be very cautious when it comes to brining workers back.
