The keynote speaker at today's TechPoint Innovation Summit is warning business leaders about the downside of the current technological shift to cloud computing. Technology Writer Nicolas Carr admits the adjustment could help companies improve efficiency and reduce costs. However, he warns about possible privacy issues and a potential lack of focus by workers who are in "a state of perpetual distractedness."
