In May, Brevini announced it would begin production at its manufacturing operation in Delaware County in late third quarter 2010, six months earlier than previously announced.
Construction began in July and is expected to be complete in March.
The Muncie facility is expected to create more than 450 jobs and produce 1,000 wind turbine gear boxes annually.
