Carmel-based ChaCha.com is now among the Top 100 U.S. Web Sites according to online ranking service Quantcast data. The report says the search engine is second only to Twitter in mobile text growth. The company has also announced the launch of two new services for ChaChaCoupons.com. "Send to Phone" allows users to instantly receive local company offers of their choice on their mobile phones. "On Demand" allows users to text a request for coupons by businesses and receive offers on their cell phones.
