Program to Identify Trends in Real Estate

The Urban Land Institute (ULI) of Indiana will host its annual program next week in downtown Indianapolis. "Emerging Trends 2010" will include a presentation of the organization's 2010 real estate forecast by ULI Senior Resident Fellow of Leadership Mike Horst. Indianapolis-based Duke Realty Corporation Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Dennis Oklak will also address the event.
