Clarian Health has announced two new executive hirings. Mike Yost will serve as the company's executive director of marketing, while Tory Callaghan Castor will become vice president of government affairs. Yost previously worked as president of Brand Action Consulting and U.S. Brand Leader for Cymbalta at Indianapolis-based Eli Lilly and Co. Callaghan Castor most recently worked at Hays Murray Castor.

Mike Yost
Clarian Health has recently named Mike Yost as their new Executive Director of Marketing. In this role, he will oversee Clarian’s marketing and promotional efforts, including system and service line branding, marketing sponsorships and direct-to-physician promotional and service activities through Clarian’s Physician Liaison Services. Mike brings a wealth of health care marketing experience to the role, most recently serving as President for Brand Action Consulting, a local company focusing on health care consulting. Prior to this, he worked at Eli Lilly for approximately 20 years in a variety of sales and marketing capacities, with his last role as Senior Director and US Brand Leader for Cymbalta. Mike earned his MBA and bachelor’s degree from the University of Louisiana. Mike and his wife Edie live in Carmel and have three children.
Tory Callaghan Castor
Clarian Health has recently named Tory Callaghan Castor to the position of Vice President of Government Affairs. In her role, Tory will serve as Clarian’s lead lobbyist and will coordinate government affairs efforts across the system. Tory worked at the Metropolitan Association of Greater Indianapolis Communities and Bingham McHale law firm, before building a successful government affairs practice, Hays Murray Castor, where she concentrated her practice in the areas of health care, pharmaceuticals, insurance, real estate, agribusiness, education, energy, and economic development. She earned her undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Dayton, and is active in several legal, professional and civic organizations. Tory resides in Indianapolis with her husband Mike and their two daughters.
