Brake Maker Closing Cass County Plant

A brake manufacturer has informed the state it is closing a plant in Logansport. The decision by the Carlisle Industrial Brake and Friction Division of Motion Control Industries Inc. is expected to result in 118 workers losing their jobs. The majority of production is expected to be wrapped up by December 23.
