Fort Wayne-based Ash Brokerage Corp. has acquired a New Jersey-based distributor of long term care and linked benefit insurance. Delta Financial has offices in New York, Atlanta, Sarasota and Minnesota. Ash officials say the acquisition allows the company to enhance service offerings and continue its national expansion. Ash currently has 15 office locations in the U.S.
