Womack Restaurants on Tuesday opened its seventh Indiana IHOP restaurant. The Fort Wayne location is the company's third in the city and its seventh in the state. The restaurant will employ about 100 people.

Fort Wayne, Ind. -- Scott Womack, President of Womack Restaurants an IHOP franchisee announced today the opening of his third IHOP restaurant in Fort Wayne, located at 6839 West Jefferson Blvd. This new Fort Wayne location is the Company’s seventh IHOP location in Indiana. The new location employs 100 people and Chris Rapson is the restaurant’s General Manager.

Womack has been an IHOP franchisee for 17 years, and currently operates seven IHOP restaurants in Indiana with the eighth under construction in Richmond. "The IHOP management team and franchisees have grown IHOP into a premier brand. I am thrilled to be a part of the mission to becoming number one in family dining."

The two existing Fort Wayne IHOP restaurants owned and operated by Womack are located at 4403 Coldwater Road and 1535 West Washington Center Road.
