Blue Sky was originally supposed to secure the credit line by February 1, but the deadline was extended to May 1. The credit line was not secured until June.

Blue Sky is a partnership between Indianapolis-based Lauth Property Group and Bloomington's Cook Group. Both sides are in the middle of a legal dispute battling over control of the project.

Commission Executive Director Ernest Yelton says the commission is monitoring the dispute and will watch that the legal battle does not interfere with construction or operations.
