New Seed Fund 'Critical' for Indiana Ideas
Getting a scientist's discovery to the marketplace requires pristine regulatory reviews, infinite patience, and most of all: money—into the millions for most ventures. The state's life sciences initiative BioCrossroads is hoping to help entrepreneurs clear the daunting money hurdle with its newly launched Indiana Seed Fund II, an $8.25 million fund earmarked for moving Indiana-based life sciences discoveries to the bedside.
