Ginger Brown

IT Manager

Ginger Brown joined Grow INdiana Media Ventures in October 2001. She provides technology support and strategy for the company's multi-media brand of Inside INdiana Business news products. She also manages all aspects of the company's network, servers, and workstations, as well as provides desktop support, research and graphic design assistance.

Ginger brings to her position experience in a number of areas, including freelance web design, sales/marketing and administration management. She spent 6 years as a real estate broker where she received several awards for production. She also worked at a local investigation firm and at a national insurance company.

Ginger graduated with High Distinction from Indiana University/Purdue University-Indianapolis where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree, with a concentration in Social and Behavioral Sciences, and a Minor in Sociology.

As a breast cancer survivor, she has been a spokesperson at several charity and fundraising events around the city to benefit breast cancer research and the IU Cancer Center. She also has served two terms as chair of trustees at her church and sat on the Wayne Township Schools Textbook Adoption Board where she reviewed IT textbooks and materials and made recommendations for use in the high school's classrooms.

Ginger and her family live in Zionsville.
