Purdue Research Foundation and Purdue University are starting a new philanthropic effort to help startup companies move research discoveries to commercial delivery more quickly. The Emerging Innovations Fund will support early-stage technologies through small grants. Money to support the venture is being raised privately and initial capitalization will be $1.5 million.
