$24.3M Levinson Project Breaks Ground in Noblesville

The city of Noblesville broke ground this week on its new $24 million-dollar downtown Levinson project. Mayor John Ditslear says the project, which will include downtown Noblesville’s first new apartments in more than a century, has been a long time coming.
