The Civic Engagement for Expatriates Program

In some parts of the world, the concept of a nonprofit sector and philanthropy efforts are unknown or simply not accepted. The International Center and IU Lilly College of Philanthropy are out to change that with the Civic Engagement for Expatriates program.
