He says his decision to leave is not due to any disagreements with the company.

Specchio will assume her new role February 1. She will succeed Steve Sullivan, who will be retiring after 26 years of service to MIBOR and its members, the real estate industry and the central Indiana region. Specchio began her professional career with the Reno/Sparks Association of REALTORS.

    Diana Cunningham has joined Cornerstone as property manager. She previously worked for Duke Realty and Bremner Healthcare, focusing on a medical office portfolio. Cunningham opened and was responsible for the medical office component of the new Eskenazi Health campus.

    Indianapolis-based Milhaus is expanding its footprint to the Carolinas and hired Rachel Russell as vice president of development for the southeast region. She previously served as vice president of real estate development for Grubb Properties.
